In July 2014 we visited Barnswood Scout Campsite which is just outside of Leek, in Staffordshire. Over the week, we had a Gold D of E Group carrying out Expedition Training, while the rest of participants worked through training in Survival Skills, Climbing and Abseiling and Expedition Skills.
The camp was finished off with a day at Alton Towers!
