On 26th April 1st Harwell and 2nd Chilton Scout Groups joined together to celebrate St George’s Day. The event started with a short reflection time, songs and a gravy competition! Activities followed including African Drumming, tug ‘o’ war, a giant football game and a team assault course with a problem-solving challenge at the end. Beavers, Cubs, Scouts from 1st Harwell And2nd Chilton all worked in teams along with 1st Harwell ESU and great fun was had by all and it enabled the young people to meet other young people from the area.
